We are partnering with a growing multi-site primary care organization in the Atlanta area seeking a Hybrid Clinical Lead / Training RN to support clinic operations and Medical Assistant professional development across multiple locations.
This is a hands-on role
focused on clinical education, workflow reinforcement, process improvement, and
MA training within an ambulatory care setting. The RN will serve as a clinical
resource and trainer, helping ensure consistency in patient care workflows,
documentation standards, and clinic operations across multiple sites.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $85,000-$110,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Train and onboard Medical Assistants on clinical workflows and best practices
- Provide hands-on coaching in outpatient clinic settings
- Standardize workflows across multiple locations
- Reinforce documentation, patient safety, and clinical protocols
- Support patient flow, clinic efficiency, and quality improvement initiatives
- Educate MA staff on phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and clinical procedures
- Serve as a clinical resource for providers and staff
Required Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care
- Strong interest in clinical education, training, and workflow development
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site clinical environment
- Willingness to travel between clinic locations in the Atlanta area
Preferred Experience:
- Preceptor, trainer, or informal teaching experience with MA staff
- Experience in outpatient or multi-site clinic environments
- Interest in quality improvement, workflow optimization, or clinical operations
- Comfort working in evolving, growing healthcare organizations
