Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
  • Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
  • DEA registration and New York Controlled Substance license (or eligibility).
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain).
  • Fellowship training in Cardiac, Pediatric, Obstetric, Pain Management, Critical Care, or Regional Anesthesia is welcomed but not required.
  • Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and commitment to patient safety.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
