We are seeking a General
Neurologist to join a growing rural healthcare team in Berlin, New Hampshire.
This is a full-time outpatient opportunity for a physician who values
community-focused care, clinical autonomy, and meaningful patient
relationships.
Position Highlights
- Full-Time: 4–4.5 days per week
- Outpatient General Neurology
- Patient population: Adolescents age 16+
and adults
- New and established patients
- Broad spectrum of general neurology

- Rural Critical Access Hospital setting
Clinical Focus
Evaluate and manage patients
with a variety of neurological conditions, including:
- Migraine and headache disorders
- Memory loss and cognitive impairment
- Essential tremor
- Parkinson's disease
- Dizziness
- Epilepsy
- Multiple sclerosis
- Polyneuropathy
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage neurological
conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Perform medication management and
develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
- Interpret EEG studies — highly
preferred.
- Perform and interpret NCS/EMG studies —
highly preferred.
- Administer Botox injections — highly
preferred.
- Educate and counsel patients and
families.
- Coordinate referrals with cardiology,
orthopedics, pain management, pulmonology, sleep medicine, therapy, and
other specialties.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical
documentation.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical
school
- Completion of an accredited Neurology
residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Neurology
- Current BLS certification through the
American Heart Association
- 2–5 years of General Neurology
experience preferred
- Recent graduates with strong clinical
skills encouraged to apply
- Comfortable practicing in a rural
setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
