Cardiology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Join a Growing Outpatient Cardiology Practice. We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding cardiology team in North Andover, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care to adult patients across both outpatient and inpatient settings. Working alongside experienced cardiologists and a multidisciplinary care team, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with preventive, acute, and chronic cardiovascular conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with cardiovascular conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Develop treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and monitor patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiovascular care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Coordinate care, maintain accurate documentation, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually, excluding benefits and potential incentive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current NP or PA certification.
• Eligible for Massachusetts licensure.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to delivering equitable, culturally responsive, community-focused care.

Preferred:

• Experience in cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, hospital medicine, or a related specialty.
• Experience managing patients with chronic cardiovascular disease.
• Familiarity with ambulatory cardiology workflows and cardiovascular diagnostic testing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
