Practice Manager – ATL Multi-Site Operations

We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven full-time Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple Primary Care and Immediate Care clinics throughout Intown Atlanta. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across multiple Primary and Immediate Care clinics, ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care.
  • Drive clinic performance by improving patient volume, revenue, utilization, and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage, coach, and develop clinic teams while promoting accountability and operational excellence.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and workflow optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and organizational policies.
  • Partner with leadership to enhance clinic operations and patient experience.
  • Travel regularly between clinic locations (approximately 90%) to provide on-site leadership and support.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base: $80,000 – $100,000 +

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-site operations and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Experience with staff scheduling, payroll administration, and healthcare operational workflows.
  • Working knowledge of EMR systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards with the ability to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Medical Assistant certification or previous clinical experience is preferred.
