Primary Care Physician – Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking Family or Internal Medicine physicians to join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible, patient-centered care in Waterville, Maine. This innovative model combines team-based care, modern technology, convenient access, and integrated in-person and virtual services—including urgent care—to create a more connected and efficient approach to primary care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and provide preventive care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient services
• Utilize virtual care and modern technology to improve access and continuity
• Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $135,000–$290,000
• Sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience in outpatient primary care or a similar clinical setting
• Active, unrestricted DEA license that must be maintained throughout employment
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS must be obtained through an approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted
