Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to join an established, innovative interdisciplinary medical practice serving patients across our Amherst and Northampton, Massachusetts locations.

This is an opportunity to practice comprehensive, patient-centered outpatient medicine with strong clinical and administrative support. Physicians interested in leadership may also have the opportunity to serve as Medical Director.

The Practice

Our collaborative team includes primary care physicians, psychiatrists, behavioral health clinicians, nutritionists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and health coaches. We emphasize team-based, evidence-based, patient-centered care and integrated physical, behavioral, and preventive health.

The Opportunity

• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Practice across Amherst and Northampton
• $220,000–$250,000 base salary
• 30–40% productivity-based bonus
• Potential Medical Director opportunity
