We
are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to
join a collaborative Trauma Surgery team in Denver, CO. This is an excellent
opportunity to work alongside experienced trauma surgeons in a Level I Trauma
Center and fast-paced academic teaching environment. The
position focuses primarily on inpatient trauma and acute surgical care, with
opportunities to develop additional skills in ICU procedures and OR assistance.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care to
trauma and acute surgical patients.
- Evaluate patients, develop treatment
plans, and monitor clinical progress.
- Assist with the management of
high-acuity trauma and surgical cases.
- Perform procedures within scope of
practice and hospital privileges.
- Assist in the OR as needed.
- Participate in rounds, patient
education, discharge planning, and care coordination.
- Collaborate with trauma surgeons,
residents, nursing, critical care, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide limited outpatient clinic
coverage as scheduled.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical
documentation.
Requirements
- Active Colorado NP or PA license, or
ability to obtain.
- 1–2 years of Trauma Surgery experience
preferred.
