We are seeking a Locums
Physical Therapist (PT) in Lander, WY to provide therapy services to an adult
residential population, including individuals with traumatic brain injuries
(TBI), organic brain injuries, dual diagnoses, and complex behavioral or
medical needs. The goal is to help residents improve functional skills,
independence, and their ability to successfully transition to community-based
settings.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: Flexible based on provider
availability and facility needs
- Schedule Options: 5×8s, 4×10s, or 4.5×9s
- Coverage required across all five
weekdays
- Adult patient population, ages 18+
Responsibilities
- Perform initial, quarterly, annual, and
as-needed PT evaluations
- Provide therapeutic treatments and
activities
- Develop treatment plans focused on
mobility, function, independence, and community living
- Evaluate and recommend
adaptive/assistive equipment
- Participate in interdisciplinary team
(IDT) meetings and care planning
- Collaborate with medical providers,
families, case managers, and direct-care staff
- Train and educate staff on therapeutic
interventions, care plans, and equipment
- Monitor resident progress and adjust
treatment as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate
documentation
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapy,
Speech Therapy, Recreation, and other Allied Health professionals
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Active or eligible Wyoming PT license
- Bachelor's degree and completion of an
accredited Physical Therapy program
- BLS certification
- Adult patient experience required
