Family or Internal Medicine Physician

Sign-on Bonus $30,000. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services for Institutional in Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to practice value-based medicine, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and care coordination for medically complex patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $211,369 - $317,053

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience caring for geriatric, post-acute care, SNF, LTC, or medically complex patient populations is preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
