Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health and supportive care services in Douglas, Arizona. Compensation:  92,000-115,000

Position Highlights

• Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and therapeutic services
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Support patients and families through treatment, education, and care coordination

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and behavioral health assessments
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in identifying and accessing appropriate community resources
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling when needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and other members of the care team
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Active Arizona license required or eligibility to obtain licensure
