Overview
The Physician provides primary care services, managing a patient panel and collaborating with midlevel providers and staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Medical Degree from an accredited university
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts or ability to obtain

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care with clinical independence and collaboration.
• Demonstrate strong medical knowledge and clinical competence.
• Provide appropriate referrals, admissions, and prescribe treatments.
• Ensure comprehensive care for all age groups, following health maintenance protocols.
• Manage patient care in cooperation with other healthcare professionals and supervise mid-level providers when needed.
• Maintain accurate and legible patient records.

Schedule Mon-Friday

Salary starts at $ 230,000 plus depending on experience and offers bonuses.
