Adult Psychiatric Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric care and clinical leadership in New York. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and combines in-person patient care with telehealth services delivered from the assigned site. The Psychiatric Clinical Lead will provide high-quality psychiatric evaluation, treatment, medication management, and ongoing care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The provider must also be available to travel to other sites in New York for special cases as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $162,000–$190,000 depending on experience, plus bonus

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing with Psychiatric/Mental Health specialization.
• Current, unrestricted NY RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses.
• PMHNP board certification through an approved national organization.
• Current DEA registration and NY prescribing privileges.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active CAQH profile.
• Current Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs.
• 1+ year of NP experience; prescribing experience preferred.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
