Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Current RN/APRN license and DEA registration
• Primary care experience preferred
• Strong commitment to relationship-based, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication, clinical, and collaboration skills
