Adult Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Adult Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in ambulatory and community-based settings in Montebello, California. This role offers the opportunity to deliver patient-centered care while supporting preventive health, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform preventive care, health screenings, and routine assessments.
• Manage medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Develop individualized care plans and provide patient education.
• Support long-term disease management and promote healthy behaviors.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,159 – 195,235 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license.
• National Board Certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner or appropriate adult-focused primary care certification.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience providing primary care in an ambulatory or community-based setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, communication, and patient education skills.
