We are seeking a skilled Adult Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in ambulatory and community-based settings in West Los Angeles, California. This role offers the opportunity to deliver patient-centered care while supporting preventive health, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive care, health screenings, and routine assessments.
- Manage medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Develop individualized care plans and provide patient education.
- Support long-term disease management and promote healthy behaviors.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
- $130,159 – 195,235 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license.
- National Board Certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner or appropriate adult-focused primary care certification.
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience providing primary care in an ambulatory or community-based setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, communication, and patient education skills.
