Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician to join a collaborative anesthesia team in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This opportunity provides comprehensive anesthetic care for cardiac and surgical patients in a hospital-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for cardiac and surgical patients
• Evaluate patients preoperatively and develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer and manage general and regional anesthesia as appropriate
• Provide perioperative hemodynamic and airway management
• Manage complex and high-acuity cardiac cases
• Provide postoperative care and assist with pain management
• Collaborate with surgeons, cardiologists, CRNAs, and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology preferred
• Active West Virginia medical license or eligibility
• DEA registration
• ACLS and BLS certification
