We are
seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
for a locums opportunity within a high-performing Orthopedic Trauma Program at
a busy Level
II Trauma Center in San Jose, California. The program manages approximately
600
orthopedic trauma cases annually, providing an opportunity to
care for a diverse and high-acuity trauma population.
Compensation: $4500 Per Shift

Responsibilities
- Provide
surgical care for orthopedic trauma patients
- Perform
orthopedic trauma consultations and surgical interventions
- Participate
in inpatient rounding and postoperative care
- Provide
outpatient orthopedic trauma follow-up
- Collaborate
with trauma, emergency medicine, and other surgical teams
- Participate
in quality improvement and program development
Requirements
- MD
or DO
- Completion
of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic
Trauma required
- Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active
California medical license or eligibility for licensure
