Locums Therapeutic Medical Physicist for Radiation Therapy Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Therapeutic Medical Physicist for Radiation Therapy Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Lansing, Michigan. The physician will provide radiation services, evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cancer care.

Responsibilities

·       Evaluate and manage patients requiring radiation therapy.

·       Develop and oversee individualized radiation treatment plans.

·       Collaborate with medical oncologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.

·       Monitor patient progress and manage treatment-related side effects.

·       Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

·       Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

·       MD or DO degree.

·       Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology.

·       Active Michigan medical license.

·       Current DEA registration, as applicable.
