We are seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in post-acute and skilled nursing facilities in Gainesville, Georgia. This part-time opportunity offers schedule flexibility, no on-call or overnight requirements, and support that allows you to focus on quality patient care.

Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license to practice in Georgia
Current national board certification through ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for Nurse Practitioners, or NCCPA for Physician Assistants, as applicable
Relevant clinical background in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, general practice, physical medicine and rehabilitation, geriatrics, or a related specialty
Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with facility teams
