General Surgery / Acute Care Surgery Physician

An opportunity is available for a Permanent General Surgery / Acute Care Surgery Physician in Atlanta, Georgia. This position offers a 7-on/7-off schedule and the opportunity to provide general surgery and acute care surgery services in a hospital-based setting.

Schedule

·       Permanent, full-time position

·       7 days on / 7 days off

Responsibilities

·       Evaluate and manage patients requiring general and acute care surgery services.

·       Provide surgical consultations and inpatient management.

·       Assess and treat acute surgical conditions.

·       Coordinate patient care with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

·       Provide comprehensive surgical care throughout assigned coverage periods.

Requirements

·       Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.

·       Experience in acute care surgery.

·       Active Georgia medical license.
