Adult Primary Care Physician – Family or Internal Medicine

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care in Las Vegas, Nevada. Enjoy clinical autonomy while collaborating with advanced practice providers and an interdisciplinary team dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care.

This role emphasizes preventive medicine, acute and chronic disease management, and improved population health through value-based care. Family Medicine physicians provide care across the lifespan, while Internal Medicine physicians focus on adult and geriatric patients.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

• $264,211 – $317,053 annual base salary, plus bonus opportunities
• Quarterly Incentive Plan: Up to 15% of quarterly earnings

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted Nevada medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM or IM
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, value-based care, and population health
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
